My go to spot for film in Berlin. They have a small amount of Lomo/instant film cameras but you come here for the film! Great prices and great selection! I can't find HP5/Tri-X/Rollei 400 for a better price anywhere in the city. Almost £1.50 cheaper per roll than everywhere else.

One of the best places in Europe to get everything for film photography. They have an extensive choice of film formats available (35mm, 120 and various sizes of sheet film) and lab chemicals at very competitive prices, especially when bought in bulk. I have been using Fotoimpex for some time now and never been disappointed - I order online and receive it in Portugal within a few days.

the shopkeeper is very nice and helpful.
I bought a camera from local market, which is told to be functionable but in fact not. I took it to this shop and asked for professional advice. the keeper helped to check the camera for me and told me the truth about the condition of the camera.
I went back to the unscrupulous merchant who I bought the camera from and fought for refund.
I didn't shop in FOTOIMPEX GmbH, but I can tell that the shop keeper has great attitude and kind heart. Thumb Up!

In Jan '17 I ordered two bulk rolls of Tri-X on-line (280 Euros) but FotoImpex sent two long-expired boxes, one expired last year, the other in 2014! They then took over a week after return to process a refund, and even then refused several polite requests to refund my original postage costs. Though these were a small sum of 12 Euros, as a matter of principle this was unacceptable, so I had to get PayPal involved, and PayPal decided in my favor. Since my experience with FotoImpex I have encountered other reviewers who have been sold expired film at new prices. In sum, shameful business practices and treatment of customers. I respect this seller's crusade to keep film alive, but surely this cannot be at any cost, and I will avoid them in future.

Good selecction of 35 mm film and chemicals. Use their online shop often. Whenever I'm in Berlin i stock up there to avoid shipping cost.
