  Völlig überfordertes und offensichtlich unmotiviertes Personal. Zusammen mit 5 weiteren unzufriedenen Kunden stand ich mit meinem Problem im Autohaus. Mein Problem wurde nicht gelöst, man hat sich auch nicht die Mühe gemacht meinen erst 6 Monate alten Wagen anzusehen. Termine erst im Januar. Bis dahin muss man dann halt auf einen Kofferraum und funktionierende Elektronik verzichten. Schlechter Service, das geht sicher besser!

  The Ford Koegler is a good store to buy a car. I bought a Ford Mustang with them, and I have nothing to complain about the seller who has supported me in English (not his mother language) and everything worked, but his superiors was basically the problem.. Nevertheless, when it comes to the Ford Koegler services, it is quite complicated. I intended to buy a Ford Mustang 2.3 Ecoboost version, but they didn't have any in their stock. The only option they had was a 5.0L engine (GT) which is OK but it turned out that the car insurance and some of the additional costs I would have were too expensive.. so in the middle of the negotiation when I decided to actually find for other car brand and I had transferred already part of the money to them, they refused to transfer the money back to my banking account and also refused to cancel the contract.. the only option they gave to me was to choose another car from their garage which unfortunately didn't meet my requirements. Note: my contract was not fully signed at the moment I requested for the money refund and I was also not with the car so legally speaking they would have to cancel as per my request, but this never worked :( and I felt that I was forced to have a deal ..
  If you are dealing with them in the future, just keep in mind that you need to clarify everything before transferring money to their account, otherwise you can end up in the same situation as I did which is really frustrating :(.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung durch ihren Verkäufer Herrn Tim Kraft,er hat uns mit seiner ausführlichen Beratung und sehr guten Kompetenz überzeugt.
  Der Eindruck über ihr Autohaus ist ausgezeichnet Sehr modern und Ihr Kaffee schmeckt ebenfalls gut.
  Der Service in ihrem Hause ist sehr gut,auch ihre Kinderbetreuung hat uns gut gefallen,die Spiel Ecke kam bei unserer Tochter sehr gut an.
  Wir wurden rundum gut betreut und haben ein sehr gutes Angebot erhalten.

  Wir haben uns vor 3 Wochen ein neues Auto gekauft. Der Verkäufer hat seinen Job sehr gut gemacht und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Service und Beratung, unser zweites Auto musste dann aber zwei Tage später zwecks Routine Check in die Werkstatt und der Service hier ist mehr als unterirdisch und schlecht. Trotz Termin 30 Minuten Wartezeit, 50 KM an Tank verfahren um dann nicht mal passende Teile für den Austausch zu haben. Cola auf dem Lenkrad, weder aussaugen noch eine Wäsche erfolgte. Hier werden wir in Zukunft besser eine andere Werkstatt aufsuchen.
