Please DO NOT go into this store, it deserves a 0 star. The employees are uneducated, unprofessional, not humans but animals, even the “Putzfrau” had so much attitude. We spent almost 5000 EUR for a kitchen that supposedly was new, but come to find out the kitchen appliances had nothing but problems, giving my family a heartache with constant phone calls, without results. I’m especially disgusted by this Sales person named ‘Mike Oranges’, who should be fired. Why? Because my elderly mother returned to speak with this clown, he screamed at her like the Devil and then threw her out of the store. Do yourself a favor and go to a nearby furniture store. I never write reviews so you can imagine how upsetting this is to us, and I hope this store will one day shut down so they can no longer take advantage of people. Shame on you, Mike Oranges@Flamme Frankfurt!!!

Very bad and unprofessional service. They are very kind when you buy, but then you can wait 3 months to have your fornitures! every time there is a problem, a mistake, a delay or something wrong!
