It's look like they pay you to rent their car!, the total opposite of customer service. Doesn't even worth the one star that google enforce for the review.

I called them on Friday and made a reservation for Sunday and everything seemed to be set. But when I went there to get a car on Sunday morning, they said that they didn't have the reservation number I gave them and there was no car for me. A few moments later they made a phone call and claimed they had sent me an e-mail with notification that they did not have the car I wanted. Of course they didn't. I think they are very unprofessional and do not respect their clients. The e-mail was just an excuse to cover up their obvious mistake. The man in the shop didn't even apologize to me properly, it was not his concern. I asked for a different car and he said they are fully booked and I can come back on Monday. I was frustrated. Luckily we found a different company fast and they offered us a good (and cheaper) car. I will definitely not use Europcar next time I visit Garmisch.
