  The car I had booked was supposed to be with a Sat Nav. Unfortunately, the data card with the map material had been stolen without them noticing it. Now what? I really needed a Sat Nav to get around and I didn't have a mobile data plan for Austria. The lady at the desk was helpful enough and managed to organise a mobile Sat Nav last minute! Thanks so much 👍🏻

  Hired car from this place twice. Nice and friendly staff. The car collection is nice. I got an upgrade once as the booked car was not available. You can as well drop the keys in the box if you want to return the car in non working hours.

  Es fiel mir ein dass es online billiger ist
  Der Mitarbeiter sagt : jaa also 50€ ist es billiger online zu buchen
  Viel ist es nicht ! Und ich denke mir : wasss

  Ich habe ein sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Auto erhalten und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Anmietung und Abgabe ging sehr zügig.

  Nice variety of cars, friendly staff. Process of renting a car didn't take too long. What I find to be very inconvenient is that the place closes at noon on Saturdays. Which seems to be the case for all car rental places in Heidelberg which is rather frustrating.
