  Breakfast ok, good location and clean, BUT:
  - every morning was a church ringing the bells really loud at 6am for almost 10 minutes. It woke us up every time.
  - the bed was really bad (mattress and pilow). We had back pain after 2 nights.
  - the reception was unattended most of the time and the evening receptionist was quite unfriendly.
  
  I have to say that we were in room number 3. Our friends were in another room and didn't have the same problems.

  The views from the room windows beat any hotel in town! The hotel is very old and modestly updated. Spacious rooms, nice antiques. Directly in the Altstadt. Fantastic for walking and shopping. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. Great value for such a touristed town! Thankyou for a very pleasant stay in Dinkelsbuhl.
