Very cozy, nice staff, very good food, but the wifi in my room was rubbish. Very clean also. I stayed there for 24 days. Loved it.

Ok service, can be quite slow and chill. Firstly, when we check in, asked where to put our bags and the receptionist randomly pointed and expected us to figure it out ourselves.

Secondly, bed was broken Don’t understand how Housekeeping could have changed the sheets and not realised. When we reported, hotel staff was slow to respond and offered no compensation. At least they offered us another room for the night while fixing it the next day.

Lastly, window was also broken. Found this out when we arrived back and the room felt cold. It was quite scary because the window is over the bed and could fall on it. Again, don’t understand how Housekeeping can open the window and 1) not realise it was broken, 2) not close it back once they were done.

Their breakfasts is quite good though. For a three star hotel, perhaps it’s still ok. Just our luck

Nice mid range hotel with free Wi-Fi, quiet rooms and good breakfast offer. Connection to the airport with bus X9 just in front of the hotel. Very convenient

Lovely staff, ran out of hot breakfast one day, but only 10 minutes earlier the next at there was plenty! Quite far from Berlin centre but good links to get in fairly quickly

Spacious bedroom, not so spacious bathroom. Also the rooms stink of smoke. Breakfast buffet is decent.

Very good experience. Even the bed was nice although slightly too short for me which it usually is in hotels. The shower was also good although the temperature was not constant the whole time. These are the 2 things that usually lack in hotels but in econtel it was good enough for me! Oh yeah, and it would be nice if there were some foreign channels on the TV but that's not something that bothers me at all.

I was sent here from the airport to stay over night. Hotel was celan but the standard there is much lower then expected. I stayed on the top floor in best room, however the walls felt like made of paper, you are basicly able to hear every step of other people otside of the room and the accomodation remined me of student dormitry.

This is a great value hotel in Charlottenburg, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good quality, the staff are very friendly and all at a good price. I have stayed here several times and always been very satisfied.

Basic but clean. Small room (more like student accommodation ) and bathroom but you get what you paid for. No complains, perfect for price paid!
