Catastrophe!
No idea of appointment coordination!
You should only report when you are at the parking lot, then the driver says that he has just left and you should wait at least 35 minutes!
Instead of him coming back for a short time (1-2 min. driving time) because he only has 2 people in the car anyway.
Unfriendliness comes with it.
Traffic rules are skilfully ignored.
All in all a grade 5-6.

Completely overwhelmed driver. snotty. I was allowed to load and unload suitcases myself. Also for strangers. When I said I have to take care of the children first so that they don't stand in the middle of the road, he said that he doesn't care at all and I should kindly take care of the suitcases. Was the last time there

Great service, reliable, very friendly and helpful staff. I can only recommend the company. When approaching at night, follow the signs to the traffic training area. !!
