Worst customer experience ever. Grim faces and no friendliness at all. We had to wait in line for 15 minutes with a baby after we waited 15 minutes for odd luggage, whilst in Schiphol we could just pass customs while he was a sleep in his buggy. Then we found out the airportbuggies are really dirty. Coffee and tea ridicualasly expensive. Nowhere to charge you phone.These people really need a basic course in hospitality.

Just asked a simple question at information, didnt expect to to have to beg for their attention. So incredibly RUDE. They just snap single words aggressively; "YES!", "NO!" like its some military checkpoint.

Small, regional airport with few shops. Lack of air traffic means it's processing travelers very quickly.

Have nothing to complain about. We regularly 'use' this airport from time to time and DD Airport never let me down. Things went smooth the way I expected from a small and simple airport. You demand a quick & friendly check in & security chek prosedure? Or is a good situated Airport (car-Rental/taxi n public transpo) with modern facilities (icl. Parking Area)? Simple but convinient Eating/Drinking n Shopping Area? You got it all in here.

I love the efficiency here. You can get from Checkin to the gate in a few minutes. Great place for visitors on the top floor of the Terminal - not many planes to see, though.
