I've purchased recently a bike and the service was just perfect; always good communication with the seller. It would be great to have an english and spanish version of the website. I will purchase again

I purchased a nearly 1800 euro Giant trance from these guys. I expected them to know a thing or two about the bikes but when I asked what the difference was between this and the model up the salesman just said the components are better.. I know this, I can read a catalog just fine but I expect my salesman to know the difference when I'm at this price range. Purchased the bike anyway.. but I realized shortly after that the derailleur hanger Giant provided is for Shimano direct mount derailleurs. No biggie, I thought and went back to the shop. I spent the next 10 minutes trying to convince the salesman (different than last time) that Giant makes a derailleur hanger for this exact bike for non direct mount derailleurs. He said he could not order a different hanger, wouldn't know where to even begin looking for one, and that I should try to buy it on the internet(here's a clue: call Giant, the distributor, or check the catalog). If the bike shop can not order me factory parts, then who can? I followed the young man's advice (sort of) and instead went to a large competitor in Munich who called their distributor and was able to order the correct non direct mount derailleur for me. I mounted my SRAM drivetrain and am very a happy with the bike. UntilI now I was a repeat customer.. but I'll take my hard earned money to other Giant shops for the foreseeable future. As another reviewer wrote, if you cannot get good consultation in the store then why not just buy online? The shop is however well stocked and the prices are comparable to online retailers.

Even when they do not have what you need they should still be friendly and helpful, they aren't

Definitely one of the best bike stores in Munich. Great selection of cube bikes, and very good service. Long wait times sometimes, especially in the evenings and weekends

From the day I bought my new Cube bike three years ago I've always had a positive experience. Excellent consultation, patience with my poor German skills and I often end up with a good price. However, this place is popular so be prepared to wait.

I was already decided on buying a Cube bike after some online research. So when I went ahead looking for Cude retailers in Munich Rabe Bike seemed to have a good presence. They have quite a few shops arounds Munich, so it made it easy for me to find one near by. They have a good collection of Cube bikes and also a lot a accessories. Prices were decent, can't complain. Staff are always helpful but it can get crowed sometimes, then be ready to wait for quite sometime to be served. All in all I am happy with their service and am quite sure that whatever accessories I might need will be found in their shops..

I work nearby and wanted to try out cross bikes. Didn't have much time to look around in other big shops in Munich and ended up going to this shop. Good shop with good service. Unfortunately the variety of brands up for sale was not impressive (mostly Cube/Giant) when I bought my Cube Nature in the first week of April; that shouldn't be an issue if you have time to hop on to other bike shops to try out other brands.

The shop is always busy with customers even on weekday afternoons! So be ready to wait for some time before your turn.

Another thing is the Discount(20 Euro) coupon for future deals you get after buying a bike for a google review (yes, that's why I'm writing one); a neat little smart win-win strategy.

    - I got a great bike at a fair price, which was delivered earlier than expected.
The pre-purchase measurements and discussions with the guys at Rabe were very helpful.
    - The maintenance course was also of value, my keen recommendations there.
    - The only slip-up was that some equipment (helmet and clip pedals) which I wished to receive coinciding with the bike delivery, was unfortunately not ordered on time , hence these things arrived a few weeks late
    - The delivered bike was set up very quickly and professionally on site and I rode off a happy camper into the sunset
