Clean rooms -- nice size by German standards, conveniently located for everything in the Altstadt. You could walk it from the train station but we took a taxi for convenience. Friendly and helpful staff, outstanding and generous breakfast buffet. Reasonably priced.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location in Old Town was great. The breakfast was very hearty with lots of variety. We particularly enjoyed the Hundertwasser artwork on the walls leading up the stairs! Overall, we were satisfied with the experience and value.

Hotel is nice in most every way. My only reasons for not giving a 5 star rating was the weird internet setup. Many of our devices couldn't connect or couldn't connect easily with the wifi. Also there are 3 steps to climb before getting to the elevator. A bit annoying. Otherwise the location is perfect.
