Good location in city centre, modern bar and reception area but the bar was slightly pricey for the location as to be expected from a hotel. Room was extremely dated and disappointing, no kettle, no working fridge, no free ironing facilities available, no safe in the room

The room was very compact, and the place not very new. There are stains on carpets.
However, the service is good, breakfast is quite nice: coffee and milk, different kinds of yogurt and seeds and other fillings, eggs and omelet, meat and cheese, bread and croissants, jams and fruit salad, etc.
The cleaning is done well, the taps and mirrors in the bathroom are shining as new. No slippers in the room though, but it was clean enough to be barefoot. The water is hot right away, no need to wait.
For the people who need literally bed and breakfast and not much space in the center of Berlin, I would recommend.

Awful service. Really the worst I've ever encountered.

Upon arrival, they would not speak to us until the 3pm check in hour. They took 1 euro per bag to store our suitcases until the check in time arrived. Same thing after check out tine.
Rooms are very basic. No drinking water, no kettle, no iron, no laundry service. Very weak wifi.

It's like they got those 4 stars out of a cereal box. I had to ask to move rooms 3 times upon arrival due to the dirtiness off the rooms. I genuinely would not let my dog sleep in the rooms. The lobby is nice and a select few staff are nice. I would not stay here again, I have stayed in hostels that are cleaner. Location is good though.

Great hotel. Large rooms. 3 people were staying in a room and one of them were given an abomination of a bed made up of a wooden pallet under a "cushion" and an ottoman of sorts and some kind of other cushion.

Worst experience ever. As an experienced traveller I have never encountered such arrogant and inconsiderate guest service and sincerely hope never to come back to this place. Poor quality rooms, hotel rating does not correspond even to 2 stars, no respect or care for the customers. While trying to solve the problem that occured with the reservation no apology was offered, no steps were taken to make the rest of the stay more pleasant. Do not recommend to anyone.

Slightly ran down. Issues with the lift, tv shows no signal, smelly. Breakfast was good though.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. Some of my personal belongings (sunglasses and a jacket) were missing from my room. I advised the hotel about my sunglasses at checkout. Then, after arriving home, I realized I did not remember packing my jacket. Sure enough the jacket was missing too. The jacket was brand new and I has worn it just once. For a 4 star hotel, the amenities were very basic. There was no security safe. The bathroom could be cleaner. The heater could not be regulated. The only positive thing was the location. I'm very disappointed. I called back to the hotel to let them know about my stolen items, and the only thing I was told was that they would take notes. I ask for the manager to contact me, and so far I haven;t heard from anyone. Worse hotel experience I've ever had.
