I was served by Mr. Florian Gerigk when I bought my car. I was very impressed and pleased by his professionalism, organizational and communication skills. The purchase (and all associated documentation issues) were handled very smoothly. I strongly recommended this dealership and Mr. Florian Gerigk in particular.

I am very very dissapointed with the sales service. You evaluated my car in order to exchange it for the used BMW and after 7 days you told me that your offer is not valid any more. Then I am asking you, why your salesman communicated the offer for my car and said that it's valid for the next 2.500km (after these 2.500km with my car we need to do another car evaluation)?
What significantly has been changed for 7 days, especially because I was waiting for your answer since car I wanted to buy was under reservation, and at the end when I agreed with salesman to come to conclude the contract he didn't show up, he took a day off!
At the end I decided to cancel everything and it was just a huge loss of time comming 3 times to Dreieich and stress for my whole family with a small kid. So unprofessional!

My BMW with N47 engine broke down because of a design failure known since 2009. Having over 210.000km on the clock, BMW declined any request for sharing the repair costs, not even 10% on labour costs.

Nevertheless I asked for a quotation for a used car, to replace my old broken one.

I showed interest in a used BMW car of 2012 with a list price of 22.940EUR, set up a test drive and received an offer for 22.500EUR.

I asked for an upgrade of the Navigation database to the Salesperson, who said that I had to pay the amount of 170EUR, or else buy it for 105EUR and deploy it on my own. No way to get it included in the 22.500, she said it was "the Branch office manager policy".

I asked for the inspection check, due in 5000km, to be included in the price and she also explained she had "no freedom to decrease the price".

I thanked her for her time and left, thinking to buy the car, which I liked a lot. Luckily it took longer to make up my mind than 12 hours

After 24 hours from my visit, the price of the car on line was set from the initial 22.940EUR to 21.800EUR! 1.140EUR down!

Had I bought the car on the same day I would have paid 700eur more!

So there was indeed possibility to get the Nav update and inspection check with 22.500EUR, but the BMW Dreieich decided to treat me this time as they had no interest in selling the car.

I asked for explanation over telephone to the salesperson who was quite embarrassed and told me the Shop manager would get in touch with me, but without success.

Still waiting for his or her call.

BMW makes great cars, when they don't have design defects like the N47 motors until 2011.

BMW employees in this branch office would need some refresh course, together with negotiation skills.

No need to say I will not buy BMW this time.
