Don’t order hot chocolate. It’s only water with cacao taste

I've been here for breakfast, and both the sweet and savory food selections were quite wide. However, the service was really slow and the waiters have been not very kind.

Absolutely terrible experience!!! We visited the Cafe on 11.09.16 in the afternoon. We ordered water, cakes, coffee and ice cream. The waiter started to bring all of the orders one by one. And when I asked him to bring the rest of the orders the mid-age waiter replied not looking at my face that we had to wait and he was very unpolite. As he brought the bottle of water he put the glasses on the table very hard. My baby who was sleeping woke up because of the noise. Last but not least we paid the bill and left no tips due to the behaviour and this disrespectful waiter took the money with his two fingers and with a face gesture showing that he disgusted us. But we did nothing against him and there was no reason for such a behaviour. I hope the reason was not a racist approach. We were tourists but obviously we did not look like Germans.

Great pastries but sad that the customer service is so bad!!! Our waitress Mrs. Berg had such a negative attitude that guests even left before ordering. Very poor service!!! Spend your money somewhere else.

Great spot in the old town where you can get your Eierschecke or Stollen (in season). We actually tried the baumkuchen, another regional specialty. Very civilized spot for a quick afternoon "pick-me-up".
