How can you bring a hangover that has been run over to a general cremation claim that the cat is not chipped or tattooed without a master? Personally informed by the doctor on the phone when we were on vacation !!! Thanks to the animal help we got him back and in practice you could read the chip at once. This happened to us in June. If we had not had the animal welfare, we would have remained in eternal worry what happened to our beloved Schimi. Then there was no apology, no phone call, an impossibility. Something is not at all !!! and we will not visit the practice let alone recommend it!

Not so happy. One has the feeling that this is primarily about making money and not about the welfare of the animal. I still have a sentence in my ear today; I can't treat your animal right now, it takes too long and in that time I lose 5 new customers. That's a statement that makes it clear what exactly it is about. A veterinarian does not have to be nice and kind to my animal, but treat the animal as best as possible, without unnecessary medication and stress levels

Am 11.4.habe ich meine Mischlingshündin dort kastrieren lassen. Im ersten Moment war alles ok. Zuhause stellten wir dann fest das sie auf Streicheleinheiten sehr merkwürdig reagierte. Außerdem reagierte sie auf Wärme (beim spazieren) sehr hysterisch und nervös. Nach 4 Tagen traten dann erste Verkrustungen auf der linken Körperhälfte auf. Ich suchte dann meine Haustierärztin (nicht diese Praxis) auf. Hier konnte man sich erst einmal keinen Reim darauf machen und vermutete eine Pilzinfektion. Wieder 1 Woche später musste ich zur Kontrolle noch einmal dort hin. Inzwischen hatte sich eine dicke Verkrustung gebildet und unter der Kruste war rohes Fleisch. Ich wurde dann in die Uni nach Gießen überwiesen. Dort diagnostizierte man schwere thermische Verbrennungen in Folge einer zu warmen Lagerung nach der Kastration auf einer Heizmatte oder Wärmflascge. Am gleichen Tag suchte ich noch die Praxis auf. Frau Staub warf mir vor, nicht direkt zu ihnen gekommen zu sein. Angeblich hätte sie sofort festgestellt das es sich um Verbrennungen handelt. Meine Kosten wollte jedoch niemand übernehmen . Eine kostenlose Weiterbehandlung wurde mir angeboten. Dies lehnte ich jedoch ab. Mein Rechtsanwalt schrieb die Praxis daraufhin an. Der Fall wurde dann an die Betriebshaftpflicht weitergegeben. Diese lehnt die Übernahme der Kosten (ca 600€) ab, da Frau Böhler abstreitet das es sich um Verbrennungen handelt. Merkwürdig Frau Staub behauptet es direkt erkannt zu haben, Frau Böhler streitet ab.
Mein Fazit, hier zählt der Profit und nicht das Wohl des Tieres!!!
