Very ineffective customer service in my two visits. The first time they did not respect the appointment set online and I had to reschedule for two weeks later. Of course, I had to wait 40 minutes just to reschedule. The second time, appointment set for 7:30am, I had to wait until 8:30 before somebody could take my car. And it was a simple inspection. Car service OK but way too expensive.

Very friendly and competent staff, reasonable prices (even free on two occasions : dismantling a front brake to remove gravel; replacing a fuse). I've been going there for 3 years, and its the best garage I've found after over 50yrs driving in the UK, France and Germany.

Wir können das Autohaus Koch bestens empfehlen. Die Beratungen und Serviceeinsätze wurden bislang immer sehr kompetent durchgeführt. Das Servicepersonal ist immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein Rund um Service wie man sich ihn wünscht. Weiterhin viel Erfolg..

It is a terrible place with too much lies. When my car had a check at Koch, they told me that one part must be changed at the price of 1300 euros. Then I went to another autohause, everything was fine with my car.

very happy with a repair work on a VW Beetle passenger window May 2015. all windows were realigned, and at far less expense than I was fearing. customer service was very friendly. they took time and trouble over the repair. thank you! They are still working on an intermittent electrical ignition fault.
