Qualität hat zwar ihren Preis aber bei dieser Niederlassung findet man für alles eine Lösung. Hatte neulich eine Beschwerde , auf die man relativ schnell reagierte. Man suchte freundlich den Kontakt zu mir und bot mir sofort und individuell eine Problemlösung an.Bin froh, dass man hier auf die einzelnen Bedürfnisse und Anliegen eingeht, bei Problemen nicht alleine gelassen wird und man somit auch nicht auf Taube Ohren stößt.

The shuttle only goes to the base gate, and only in the morning, although i was told it would pick me up to take me back again in the afternoon. My service person promised to call me, first to tell me what repairs were needed and then when the shuttle would pick me up. Never called. I had to scrounge a ride at the last minute, in the rain. On the other hand, they gave me an honest assessment of the problem with my car.

BMW X gekauft, leider etwas lange Wartezeit bis er fertig aufbereitet war, und dann war er nicht besonders sauber, einmal durch die Waschanlage fertig. Alle Daten vom erst Besitzer waren noch im Navi gespeichert!
Die Fahrzeug Übergabe war nichts besonderes, Schlüssel und fertig. sonst waren Sie immer freundlich.
Kein Schlüsselanhänger Parkscheibe oder auch sonst nichts dazu.Schade
