Sehr nette Beratung und Personal, kostenlose Parkplätze für 3 Stunden und ein freundlich warmes Klima. Man hat viel Auswahl an Spiel und sportartikeln von klein bis gross. Auch für Ausgefallene Sportarten oder kleine Kinder.
Für jeden ist dort etwas dabei!

Die Servicekräfte sind sehr zurückhaltend was Beratung betrifft. Aber Zeit für ein Schwätzchen mit Kollegen ist anscheinend immer immer vorhanden. Zudem fehlen etliche Artikel ständig. Was gut ist, es gibt günstige Alternativen zu Markenhersteller.

Breites Angebot an Eigen- und bekannten Marken. Teilweise sehr preisgünstig. Deckt so ziemlich alle Sportarten ab. Kleidung, Geräte, Zubehör. Viele Parkplätze. Zentral. Wechselnde Sonderangebote.

This place is like a Dick's Sporting goods and REI from the USA combined. If you're having a hard time finding some sporting gear or camping gear, chances are good that its here.

I know this is Germany and there is no such thing as "customer service," but it's really bad here. The greeter at least said "hallo" to me when I walked in. I guess that's his job, though.

I walked around the bikes aisle trying to find the folding bikes. I walked past the same three bike staff people and they didn't offer to help, let alone look at me. I found the folding bikes, but the model I had was out of stock. Instead of trying to get one of the staff to help me, I just checked the inventory on the Decathalon's web site.
