Clean (the shared bathrooms too), centrally located and helpful staff. There is breakfast with 11€ in the nearby cafe. Some parts of the building seem a bit dated though.
Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff, fantastic view on to the train tracks and the hotel is within walking distance of everything you'd like to see
This is the hotel you have been looking for! Extremely friendly staff and the perfect location!
Ideal location, very friendly and helpful staff. I had a single room with a shared bathroom. I was impressed how super clean the shared bathroom was kept. The value for money is unbelievable impressive. Thank you to the staff at Arte Luise for making my stay comfortable.
Really cool each room art piece. Mitte is in the center close walk to famous friedrichstrasse Reichstag tier garden all 15 min away
There was no even a mirror in the room. The bathroom and WC are also shared which is not nice. The bed was clean but the floor was not. There is a bus stop just few meters away from the hotel where you can take direct bus to TEGEL Berlin Airport. That was the only good thing!
Very clean and comfy. Super location!
Great location. Horrible accommodations. Very pathetic rooms with no personal bathrooms and dirty shared hallway bathrooms. Trains nearby shake the entire building and make loud screeching noises throughout the night. Beds not particularly comfortable. Not recommended. Hostels provide better living conditions.
One star from me.
Breakfast was €11 for a tiny selection of strange foods that don't really go together. Shared bathrooms, unisex as well.
Shower leaked, turned off every 30 seconds, water all over the floor. Men's washroom had no hand soap for three days.
Room had no cooling, no kettle, no fridge, no couch, nothing except literally a bed, a place to hang your coat and some wooden dining chairs with no cushioning.
We asked for a smoke free room, and were given a room facing the courtyard, where all the noise of people drinking at night is, and the cigarette smoke wafts up and into our only cooling option - the open windows, giving us the option of being hot and uncomfortable or breathing in stinky smoke all the time.
There is no elevator and we had a room on the top floor, my partner has a injured ankle so that did not make for a nice stay.
It's a nice gimmick having the artsy stuff everywhere but not worth the b.s. honestly.
Only positive is that its close to Brandenburg gate.
Staff were lovely I should add, that's about the only positive feedback I have.
Hope you can take some constructive criticism and make some positive changes to your hotel.
A great hotel in central Berlin. Nice comfortable rooms each designed by a different artist. There's a lovely peaceful courtyard.
