I am beyond happy with the service to repair my 3 year old Mac Book Pro. Kind technician found the problem quickly and put the repair into the system at no cost to me. Laptop arrived at my doorstep 4 days later. This is the type of customer service that makes an Apple customer for life!
Great experience picking up my orders. Staff was friendly and fast.
The guys were friendly and helpful when we arrived for an appointment. They saw me on time and resolved my problem. That was to get a new iPhone SE as my 3 month old one was constantly shutting itself down. They ordered me a new one and it all went smoothly. A lot better than going to a Gravis store where they don’t have a clue what to do.
I brought my Apple Watch S3 with sticky digital crown, and they refused to repair it claiming it was normal. A week ago, when I compared it with a demo watch with their own employee and figured out that the crown was working inappropriately. The problem is, they didn't even have a master to check it. ABSURDLY, the head of Genius Bar said that the crown is like new jeans and over the time it will get smoother. AVOID this store. They have incompetent staff, which neither helps you nor listens to your complaints.
UPDATE: After being refused I went to GRAVIS in Stuttgart-Mitte. These guys were very competent, understood the problem and mentioned that Crown-gate used to happen from time to time. After a couple of days I received my Apple Watch S3 replacement with butter smooth digital crown. It is very unfortunate that the official Apple Store is way worse in competency and customer support than AASP.
I bought a phone here. The sales guys were very helpful.
I had problem with charging and my phone baterry Suddenly dies when it's cold, When I told them that they answered me: go and buy a samsung phone if you don't like ours
I was dreading this trip when my iPhone 7 Plus wouldn't charge. Went online to discuss making an appointment on a Sunday but they couldn't help as "nothing's showing up until next Saturday". The phone number I was given just gave me a long message in German (I am British and don't speak German). I decided to go and take a chance. The initial appointments manager was fairly helpful and told me I'd have to wait an hour and come back at 1.30pm, which seemed reasonable since I'd turned up unannounced. When I went back at the agreed time the appointments manager had changed and this new one told me I was late, that my appointment was 1.20pm and normally I would have to come back another time. I guess something got lost in translation because I was definitely told 1.30pm. Anyway, he begrudgingly got someone to help, and the engineer was excellent. Very friendly, excellent English, fixed my phone, helped me get a data SIM and set it up for me. After the nightmare's of the UK stores where the stores have become kids playgrounds and the staff don't seem interested in people actually wanting to buy stuff, this was a happy experience.
team of RUDE youngsters!
I wish I read the reviews before going there twice
Customer service 1/5. Very bad not helpful 👎🏻
It's actually quite OK and a standard Apple Store experience. What most low-score reviews seem to complain about is the Genius Bar. I think this is a misunderstanding. What people have to get is that this Apple Store is serving such a vast area that the repair appointments so easily get fully booked. The first time I tried, there was also no timeslot available at all. The second time, I logged in at about 01:00, and there were only two timeslots left for the appointments 7 days after! Maybe you could argue that Apple could have offered more timeslot options, but for now, be sure to book the appointments a week in advance just after 00:00, and you'll be all set. As for the people complaining about Apple employees "chatting there and doing nothing", well apparently they are salesmen and not technicians and literally couldn't help you with anything even if you force them to sit down with you one-on-one in the Genius Bar. That kind of criticism is laughable.
I had no problem making an online appt. I went in and was seen almost exactly on time. It was determined that my phone which had been damaged at a hotel and was being covered by insurance needs to be replace. The girl asked me to delete everything on my old phone. Now I am used to the states where they hook both phones up and transfer the material all at the same time. No she said, you will do that. I am not that tech savvy, but I knew I had made a backup on iTunes that morning. So I did what she said, cleaned the phone entirely. Now she had me push the iCloud button to restore everything in my new phone and Good-bye, it was nice helping you. She was off to go home. Meanwhile, guess what, didn't work. Came home with a phone I couldn't use, hooked it up to my computer for backup and OH NO! Can not be completed as some files must be corrupt. Did it tell me that with the backup, no. I should have listened to my gut and made her do what I wanted, she is supposed to be the expert and help me until satisfied. Lost almost everything and starting from scratch. Not happy!
I needed to wait more than 50 minutes even after scheduled a time to be attended. The attendant told me my name was (she does not know how) appearing in the ''delete'' list. In this meanwhile they didn't even care about it and only asked to wait a bit more. When I was attended I just found out I'd need to wait even more (battery replacement 6s issue) so the battery could arrive to the store and I would need to go there again
Very obliging staff. I had an appointment because the display at my MacBook was damaged. It was changed immediately. Great job!
An appointment is essential!
