Really bad service last time, no proper rules for people who came to the store without an appointment, they have to wait forever, and it comes together with low respect, it changed my mind to not buy new iPhone! I don’t want to pay money for bad service.

Usually more crowded and longer waiting times than the average Apple store in other cities or countries. Arrogant and unhelpful staff that doesn’t care much about helping the customer. You don’t feel like they’re showing you the products but more like compelling you to buy them quickly or leave and stop wasting their time. By far the worst experience in an Apple store. Have been there twice in the past few weeks to buy the new Apple Watch and left without it just because they were unable to answer any of the questions I had before buying it or giving inconsistent or conflicting answers.

I went early this morning to see if they had the iPhone 12 . There was a guy outside the door asking why I want to come into the shop . I said that I just wanted to buy and see it and asks questions . He answered that I should pre order it online . We give so much money to this company and we can not even enter the shop to have a look corona or no corona time that is not the way to handle customers !

I was on the waiting list, told it would be 2 hours before I would be called in.
An hour later I got the SMS while I was on SBahn that it's my turn. I arrived there 10 minutes later, they gave my turn away.
Bad service bad product. My iPod battery is swelling up and was told that the iPod was too old. I got it less than 3 years prior.
