Nice and friendly staff. Store is really careful about Corona measures.!!
Good service. Friendly staff. Had to wait for a bit outside but got in fairly quickly.
Let's be clear, I'm not a fan of Apple but I will be subjective with my rating.. So I went there to fix a friend's phone, stand in the line outside the store while it start raining just to be told to go to the two guys standing on the side because I have a tech problem! While heading towards them, both of them shout out loud if anybody has a tech problem to come to us aaaand I had to wait again!!
Talked to someone finally only to be told that I need an appointment etc Or come tomorrow and stand in line and try my luck which contradict his first statement.
All of that while standing outside in the rain (light showers to be honest).
So my friend has to wait for a week to fix his main phone (if it's fixable) (bootlooping) and lose a lot of things in between because Apple doesn't have the time 😒
(my friend doesn't like backing up things online)
It seemed like they care about themselves more than they care about their customers.
I was waiting soooooooooo long for someone to come to me to show watches. It was my first ever visit to Apple Store, and to be honest, I expected much better experience. Hope my next times would be more faster and engaging.
Store looks very nice as always and the staff are well informed about everything and can answer any question. Also got some secrets about the future products of Apple from the friendly staff members. Store is well equipped (like any other Apple Store) and it‘s always a nice experience to go there
Only good for a quick look. Lot of waiting times if you want to buy a product
Extension of a Dishonest Company Apple has become over the years. Incompetent, overwhelmed, bad service and manners. Not to mention the bad quality products they sell. I hope they go out of business very soon. Just compare Gravis and you will feel the difference.
Ended up waiting to be seen at the Genius Bar until about 40 min after my appointment time. Apparently an error was made while checking me in and in the end three different employees apologized to me, which I really appreciated, and my problem was taken care of in about 5 min. They were very nice after I pointed out the problem but I still had to wait a very long time - so only 3 stars.
Sold me a set of China batteries instead of iPhone 7 plus, I found this at home before my plane. Very good that I decided to open the box before my plane. They changed me the box to original iPhone after 1,5 hours of waiting, but guys, this is official Apple store, what's wrong with you??
My SIM card was not working properly and I had no service on my American phone. They deleted my iPhone's info when the problem was not the phone. They didn't care to make sure it was the SIM card. They left me un-communicated in a country that no longer has public phones, with just the default apps installed and that could not restore my info from the cloud. No email, no WhatsApp, no offline maps, no offline dictionaries, no nada!
How bad does your training need to be to not be able to know that without a SIM card the iPhone will NOT restore any information?
Ah, and not even an apology.
The worst Apple Store experiences I have had in the world. The staff is unwilling to help, hostile and ready to attack their customers. They won’t listen to the customer, shrug their shoulders and always want to be right. They don’t try to hide any of this and are outright rude!
I’ve been to this store and the one in MTZ many times for after sales support and come out vastly disappointed. Visited stores in the UK a few weeks later and become a fan of Apple again. This time they broke all records - I went to purchase a product and was ridiculed by the staff, who thought ganging up on a customer and (who they thought didn’t want to purchase the product) was the right thing.
The way I see it: one major reason for buying Apple products, is the excellent customer care and after sales support. If you live in Germany, there’s little point buying Apple products, because you’re not getting the experience and service you come to expect at Apple stores in the US, UK etc.
Very disappointing service. Bought an expensive phone case in the store for 70 EUR that broke. The store said they would not deal with it after 6 months because it's from a third party. The legal obligation in Germany is two years.
When I asked the store manager for an email address for a complaint to apple, he gave me a post address in Munich and confirmed there was no email address I could complain to.
Well done, apple.
The store is great. Very nicely designed. They employees are always ready to assist with any issue. I bought the iPhone 6s plus from there 2 years ago. Still running great. Great store. and the around of the store is very nice too.
As a shareholder and owner of many apple products, I am very disappointed with the rudeness I experienced recently at this store. Usually Apple stores are a delight, but the customer service here leaves a lot to be desired.
I personally dont like their divices but this place is awesome! :-D
This is where you find help for any Apple related problems. Always crowded. Appointment for genius bar is hard to get
Apple should look into training their staff in the UK / US no need for their poor attitude.
Not enough info about the products for people not familiar with Apple - prices/specs. MacBook range on display was limited (is this because a refresh is imminent?). Would be nice if the Apple Watch was not hidden behind the glass unlike every other product!
