Used as a stopover for one night. Friendly staff, excellent food, clean facilities and generally very nice.

We got a deal by Groupon for a romantic trip to nights including candle light dinner and a sauna visit. It was very difficult to reserve with a lot of problems and delay. When we got there, they didn't realise we had the romantic package and we rude about it, even though we had told them before and it said so in our booking confirmation. Difficulties with the dinner as there was a wedding ring place. Could only have it after eight thirty. No candles or anything romantic just techno music. No drinks included. Rooms were ok but we got a room just above where the wedding party took place, so it was very loud and couldn't open a window as the people were smoking just below. So not much sleep. No talk about the sauna at all. Personell was mostly rude. Wouldn't go there again or suggest it to anyone else.

Unfriendly staff at reception. Internet is not working. Parking place is not sufficient. We parked the car outside.

Roomsl and bathroom looks good and clean.

Sauber,Ordentlich,zuvorkommener Service. In die Geraer Altstadt angemessene Entfernung. Für Jemanden, der eine preiswerte Übernachtung sucht eine klare Empfehlung.

"A part" , zu deutsch "ein Teil", der hier eindeutig fehlt. Service, Qualität, Organisation. Eigentlich schon drei Dinge. Wahrscheinlich zu viel verlangt für 20 EUR pP für Brunch.

Fehlende Teller, kaputte Gläser, vertrocknete Tischdeko. Auch das Personal hinterließ einen vertrockneten Eindruck der bleibt. Auch Manieren wie "Bitte, Danke und Entschuldigung" hört man nur vom jungen Personal. Zutaten vermutlich vom Discounter (merkt man einfach) lässt sich hier Gewinn maximieren.

Insgesamt nur im Notfall zu empfehlen.
Warum 2 Sterne? Ein junger Mann im "Service" ist positiv aufgefallen durch seine Manieren/Respekt die eigentlich jeder von jedem erwarten kann hebt er die Bewertung an.

War in Ordnung. Sehr freundliche Angestellte und ein nettes Restaurant. Das Hotel an sich war meiner Meinung nach nichts besonderes. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, aber ziemlich kalt (Heizung aufdrehen hat leider nicht viel gebracht) und es wirkt alles etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Aber für die eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung.
