Nice place. Its clean, friendly and quiet. The only disadvantage is poor wifi connection at room. I do recommend this hotel.

I was there 3 times, every visit, same situation. Good food in restaurant, and big parking place but that’s all. Rooms without fridge, very old and noisy heating, electrical sockets are not next to the bed, wi-fi is very slow and unstable.
I would expect more from a four-star hotel.

it is like a joke. Four stars hotel with no reliable internet connection. I did try to contact with reception and they said all customers have the same problems and not satisfied. Am I supposed to be happy now or what?
better to choose somewhere else where you must definitely find something better than this hotel belonging to the stone age

It was a nice enough place for a quick stop to sleep. However, we needed wifi for work purposes and it didn't work in our room, no connection avaliable. We brought it to the staffs attention and we're told it worked in the lobby. They would not let us sleep in the lobby though, jk. Seriously, we had no wifi all night and had to try and do portions of work through cell phones on their respective networks. Bottom line is that it made for a long night and that cost us sleep. If the wifi issue were resolved it would have gotten a better rating. If the staff were more helpful in resolving or addressing the wifi issue, it would have been a higher rating.

Clean and quite rooms. Good breakfast and excellent coffee. Very bad internet signal in the rooms. If that's important, consider if you want to stay. Easy access from the highway and about 15min drive to Jena center
