  Disorganized and unsatisfactory
  We commissioned this moving company to move our house inventory. Based on the reviews we had a good feeling. However, that changed on the day we moved.
  Initially, the collection team was unclear about what exactly needed to be done because they did not have the latest status of the order. We were able to sort that out, it was just a small thing. But then the actual move: Because the second vehicle was not yet on site, our entire household was set up in front of our house, as the loading apparently had to be carried out to fit the vehicles. After that nothing else happened for an hour. Once the vehicle was there, we continued. But not really efficient. It was a crew of 5-8 people (it fluctuated during the time) but that didn't match the speed of loading. We saw smaller moving crews who knew what they were doing. Here, however, it was uncoordinated and without a plan.
  Then, second act: After the move and the team's departure, we discovered that a wall in the house had been damaged while putting things away. But we were not made aware of this.
  When we wanted to assemble our furniture, we discovered that the feet on some pieces of furniture had broken off or were otherwise defective. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this on the day of the move (who puts their furniture together on the same day). But this then violated the reporting obligation that the company has in its general terms and conditions. It must be reported on the same day. This was followed by a lengthy correspondence with the company, which we found to be quite nerve-wracking. At some point an attempt was made to repair the damage, but the attempt remained the same and was not very satisfactory for us.
  Our conclusion: We will not hire this company again for another move.

  I used the services of Alltransport 24.
  
  A lot of furniture had to be transported from my apartment in Hanover to the second floor in Stuttgart. After my request, Alltransport 24 was able to quickly make me an offer. The price was absolutely fair. The remarkable thing is that Alltransport 24 is fast and reacts flexibly to spontaneous requests. The appointment was well thought out by both sides and optimally planned. My ideas were fully incorporated. That was nice for me because I was under a lot of time pressure. The service was excellent and my furniture remained intact because the employees handled it responsibly.
  
  I am grateful to Alltransport 24 and very satisfied BECAUSE all agreements were kept.
  I can only thank you again and make a recommendation.

  I have commissioned a move from Hanover to Hildesheim. In addition, the assembly of lamps and bed.
  The planning and communication with the nice employee from the office worked wonderfully in advance.
  
  The employees were there on time on the day of the move, and the entire move went smoothly, as discussed in advance.
  
  I am very satisfied and can only recommend Alltransport 24.

  I had no previous experience with moving companies but I was very satisfied with this company. It started with contacting the nice employee and continued with the friendly employees who transported our furniture and technical equipment quickly and undamaged. Everything went very well during assembly and disassembly. I would definitely recommend.
