Nice place to stay. The only bad thing was the location of the hotel. Otherwise I recommend it.
It's a decent hotel but the WiFi is super slow and has a really low limit then they want to sell you access. Pretty lame for a hotel these days. The staff was really nice but their hands are tied by management. Wouldn't stay there again unless it was a lot cheaper.
Decent place. Location is difficult by anything but car (service). Matrass was sub-par.
A mixed bag of a hotel. Some rooms are decent, well proportioned and equipped, others are awkwardly large with tiny beds. Also the giant square pillows are frankly uncomfortable. It's the type of hotel that someone else books for you. Not terrible, but at from great.
Great staff. It was out of town but quiet and across the road from disney. Beer was cold and Russian staff were helpful.
Quiet. Easy parking. Next to motorway.
Huge but lack basic services
Nice hotel, good connections with the center. I enjoyed staying here. Recommended.
There is free wifi but very slow one 512kbps and capped at 600Mb. If u watch online streaming movie, it will keep stopping. Furthermore, the aircon is centralised and cant be controlled. Cant change into heat mode during cold season. The breakfast have not much variety
My friend and I stayed at this hotel during a tour.
The room was decent in overall size and cleanliness. It doesn't seem like the rooms have any air conditioning. The fridge in the room doesn't close properly and water spilled out.
But what really blew us away was the attitude and rudeness of the receptionists.
Because of the heat and stuffiness, my friend tried to open the one opening window in the room and it nearly fell on her. We closed the window and figured we would be okay without having the open window, but we wanted to let the hotel know because it could be a hazard. We went to the front desk and waited patiently in line. Finally, when we spoke to the receptionist regarding the broken window, he scoffed at us, shook his head, threw his arms up at us, and ignored us to type on his computer.
We weren't sure how to respond out of shock. We told him we are not asking for a new room or any compensation, and just wanted to let him know it could be dangerous for the next guest. He glared at us again, and started speaking German to a fellow receptionist who also glared at us and otherwise continued to ignore us.
It was very disappointing to see such rude people in the service industry. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
