We went into the bar because we saw a sign outside that said that we get a great breakfast deal for £6,50. After we got in and the waitress also told us about the deal we sat down and another waiter came to tell us that the deal is only on weekdays (what it does NOT say on the sign). He told us that his colleague cannot know about the deal because she works behind the bar? Ok? After trying to chose from a breakfast ("no we do not have blueberries we will change the menu next week", "no we do not have soy milk, do you want fat-reduced milk?" - great no thanks!). We told them that we are leaving then but they didn't even care, worst service and unpolitest people ever!

Delicious brunch! Loved the pretzels and Boursin cheese! Melons so juicy! A bit expensive for 15€ without any drinks though.

Went here for a Sunday Brunch with a group of friends. The food was decent, but everything else downright AWFUL. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life! We were a group of 6 and throughout brunch not a single plate was cleared. It got to the point where we had plate towers all over our table and no room to eat anymore. They brought me the wrong coffee and instead of admitting their mistake and moving on (like a normal restaurant would), when it came to paying the bill the “waiter” (if he even deserves that title) insisted that I pay for both saying that it was my mistake in the end and not theirs. Talking to him like a civilized person got nowhere. He held my debit card hostage and threatened to call the police until I paid for everything. As our time was more valuable than waiting for the police to come to sort out a 3 euro coffee upcharge we decided just to get out of there as fast as we could. He also tried to shortchange everyone in the group on the amount of change they got back so that he would get a higher tip (of course given the DREADFUL SERVICE he was not getting anything from us). Gratuity should be earned not assumed. They don't even deserve one star. Plenty of other choices in Cologne / Köln ..STAY AWAY!

The food was not good or bad Just ok. The service was laughable. For example before we received the bill, our waiter (who was wearing glasses) asked us in a very condescending way if "tipping was common in our country of origin." The combination of mediocre food and rude service makes this restaurant not worth the time.
