Criminals. AVOID THIS EXCHANGE PLACE AT ALL COSTS. HIDDEN FEES, POOR EXCHANGE RATES. This place should be shut down. I can't believe this place is licensed for Western Union transactions. They literally ripped us off, we lost 60 Euros exchanging to Czech Koruna compared to the exchange rates at the bars, stations and other exchange places, and I'm only talking about exchanging a few hundred Euros. They did not display the exchange rate out of the front of the shop, but had deceptively displayed an unrelated exchange rate which looked as though it was for Euros to Koruna. My girlfriend went in thinking that the rate displayed outside was what we'd be offered, and I couldn't believe it when she came back and we worked out that we were 1700 Koruna short of the exchange rate we would have got at the central train station. Then I went in myself to ask to exchange the same amount of money to see what they'd give me? They gave me a better rate, where we'd only have been about 600 Koruna short. A completely different rate than they'd given my girlfriend! I asked why they offered her a different rate? They didn't have an answer. Completely ripped us off, 60 euros. 2 middle aged/elderly women at the counter. Almost put a negative vibe on the whole holiday, but thankfully we had plenty of money for the weekend and we just tried to forget about it. Avoid this exchange place, and always check the rates. I should have tried to get Western Union to revoke their license but it happened in the autumn of 2015.

As mentioned by other reviewers, they offer way too low rate than the current market price. I exchanged some Euros to get Czech Krouna and got very bad rate. They offered 18.50 CZK for 1 Euro, and at the time when I exchanged the money current market price of 1 Euro was 26.10 CZK. Total rip-off. Luckily, I exchanged only 100 Euros.

Owner is replying to others reviewers and telling them that they don't exchange money, but I don't think so. I'm sure it was some yellow color "Western Union" currency exchange outlet. As a matter of fact, don't exchange currency from any Western Union outlet in Prague. They all are same. Use banks/use your cards to withdraw money or use other currency exchange service providers.

I have been trapped by the guy.. gave me so law rate. Be very careful.They take large commission plus their rate is very law. So i strongly recommend to avoid them and go to a bank or some offices which do't take any commission and their rate is better.

Wir wurden dort abgezockt weil die beim Geldwechseln 28% commison verlangen!!! Es wurde nicht darauf hingewisen und ganz dreist frägt sie uns noch ob wir den nicht lieber mehr Geld wechseln wollen. Nie wieder ein richtiger Drecks Laden!!!!!!!

Attention: FRAUD, CHEATING, RIP-OFF!!!!!!!! Never ever change your money at western union and particulary not there! The hidden fee is 28%. Before you sign the change evidence check your exchange money! And in the case that you already have signed it, they refuse to give you your money back.
