Heard many bad stories about currency exchange offices in Prague, so I tried with the first one that had good reviews.

When in Prague only exchange your money here, period! You'll get the best rates and you will not be scammed. Beware of scammers standing at the entrance trying to elude you into getting better rates, just say no.

Best exchange place in Prague, or so the experts say. I have to agree because Prague is, unfortunately, full of exchange places that will gladly rip you off. The lines were long here, but there's a reason for that. Right off of Old Town Square so make it your cash exchange place while in Prague.

They offer probably the best currency exchange rates in whole Prague. Most of the other currency exchange service providers in Prague are nothing but a bunch of scam artist. I exchanged some Euros to get the Czech Koruna (CZK) and got really good rates. I would highly recommend them.

We made mistake to go to exchange the next door that give us the double rate comparing with this good exchange office.

Please be careful to ask the rate and amount of money you will get, before exchanging or sign any thing.

This is so bad experience for me in Prague that the bad and the good exchanges are close to each other. I feel that the bad one have not good intention to do something like this to cheat tourists.

Best place to exchange your money in Prague. Staff is kind and exchange rate is great. Sometimes it's a busy place, especially at summer. You can download a coupon from their website and you'll get a better rate. Be cautious - during busy seassons there are sometimes people outside the building trying to sell you euro - just ignore them, those are illegal resellers.

maybe it used to be the best one in the past, but nowadays is just another one. 26,80 for VIP is not a great deal when you can find it for 26,97.
Anyway, if you want to go there it is up to you, if you are just here for a holidays you will just lose a beer or two but it is not a great idea for people living here

The tellers are all a bit cold and it is still the best damn place to exchange money! Hands down! :) I have been a VIP since 2006 and I go there everytime! I don't trust anyone but them.
