My experience with Dymas has been somewhat mixed. First the positive. The gentlemen were willing, careful, they paid attention to everything, it was important to them that the things being moved did not suffer in any way during the transport. So far, absolutely no reservations from my side. I could have complete confidence in the whole process. The problematic moment came at the end, when it came to billing the entire work. Mainly because the company emphasizes in its presentation how cheap it is and how it doesn't charge you any extra fees. The gentlemen rounded up all the times a lot, and that towards the top, always to my disadvantage. E.g. the estimate of the travel time between Královo pole and Lesná at 30 minutes was very generous (it took an hour there and back). Various breaks were included in the working time (it was 10-15 minutes for sure). The net move time of two and a quarter hours was rounded up to three hours. In a situation where three movers cost you about 120 crowns for 10 minutes, these are really not details. And finally, they charged me an additional 200 CZK to the total price for the assembly of the cabinet (even though the website mentions everywhere that there is no charge for assembly). I don't really think it's fair for me to have such negotiations, where everyone is looking for ways to "milk" the customer as much as possible beyond the scope of the agreement. Instead of a positive impression of a quality service, an unpleasant aftertaste remained. For this reason I will not recommend you and will look elsewhere if I need to move again.
