It was really nice experience super affordable budget and super nice lady she was really smooth and flexible the second I gave her the car back as agreed same condition as I received it I got my security deposit back, definitely a trustworthy vendor and definitely will always be my first choice. Thank you guys for the great experience

It’s unreliable company. I rented a car for a weekend. Returned the car on Sunday evening but didn’t have anybody to return the keys to. It took them 5 days to come and pick up the keys from me. But what is the worst, for weeks they are promising to return me the deposit. Always some excuses, then silence not sure if I ever see my money.

Be careful!!! Tried to book a car for my husband, I was told that everything is agreed and that the car will be ready within 3 hours but when my partner arrived at the airport I have called the owner who did not pick up the phone but instead sent me a text message that the car has been rented to someone else! Now my partner is stuck on the airport! Very Poor service not recommended at all!

I needed a car for a day on weekend. I booked it online a day before. Shortly after the booking I received an e-mail confirmation and a phone call from someone of their staff, confirming the reservation. Next morning I arrived to Hybesova 38 by 8 am, as agreed, but nobody showed up. Everything was closed. I tried calling a couple of phone numbers I had (from their website, including the one they had called me from) with no luck. I waited for about an hour more, believing, that somebody just might have overslept, and trying to reach any of those phone numbers, with the same result. My weekend plans were ruined, of course.

Měl jsem auto půjčené již 2x za poslední 2 měsíce. Je to rodinná firma. Vždy rychlé jednání, přistavení bez problému, dokonce mne zdarma odvezli do města po předání v pozdních večerních hodinách. Vyhověli mi vždy a absolutně je preferuji. Díky za vstřícý přístup.

Jako jediní opravdu fungují nonstop. Ostatní to jen uvádí na stránkách. Vůz přistaven zdarma na adresu určení. V naprostém pořádku, uklizen obsluha příjemná. Doporučuji a přijdu zase.

Přistavili nám auto v sobotu večer na místo určení bez předchozí rezervace. Neplatili jsme žádný příplatek ani za přistavení auta, ani na půjčení mimo pracovní dobu. S čímž jsem se ještě nesetkala, konkurenční autopůjčovny běžně za tyto služby účtují vysoké poplatky. Z toho důvodu musím dát maximální hodnocení.

Nobody has contacted me for confirmation of booking, even if it was promised in first mail. I called to the provided phone number (they don't have contact information in mails :( ) and was told that the booking should be OK. They also told me, that they will respond to my mail and asked for some info over SMS, but I never heart from them back. On the day of booking I called them, and they tell me, that they don't have cars, then they realised that I already booked something and tell me, that the car is broken! Basically, all my plans are failing because of this. Why they couldn't inform me of the problem earlier?
