Refused to exchange a product that was faulty because it apparently takes a month of testing off site to prove the eyeliner had a problem. Ummmm. It just didn't workthanks.

I don't like this one, it is super crowded most of the time and they don't have the complete sortiment as the space is quite small.

Horrible service. Did not receive a receipt but didn't notice until I stepped out. Then noticed my change looked like less than what I was supposed to get. I walked back in and asked for a receipt. Got 3 different employees roll their eyes at me. Finally got a receipt printed for me and I looked at it. I was short on change-about three euros worth. I asked for the rest of my change and the manager rudely told me that there is no way I could prove that. My friend asked them to see their survellience video and they said no. The security guard walked up to the counter as if he was about to kick us out of the store. We left and my friend noticed she was about two euros worth short as well. We didn't go back after that fiasco but if they are pocketing one or two euros here and there all day long they are thieves.
