Even thought they can only do some basics to you they understood my desires and fears and try to help as much as they could. All of them were very nice with me (also the doctors who don't speak english) and helpfull. The doctor and the students made some talk with me so they can distract me from my pain and the time waiting for anestesy to work. I had very nice time there even thought I was suffering from theeths.

Transfusion station is great place here. Very friendly stuff, good service and.. you can help by blood donation to other people.

A few English speakers. The few that did speak English were quick and brief but with little information, left before giving a plan. Got to talk to another English speaker, got a brief plan. 'We check for some things and then maybe we can get you something if those are ruled out.' Seems reasonable! Ran a couple tests, paid up front, no problem. Then was told 'you don't need surgery' (no pain, no fever, no kidding *sarcasm font*). Cool, So what's is the course? Meds or let it run its course? 'No, now you go to this other clinic we will get you an ambulance there, it's across town, cheaper than a cab, they can tell you that.' Time out, I am just figuring out this is all to answer yes/no on surgery. Could not have someone pointed to the dude/clinic that may or may not need to prescribe me something? 'Here is your bill for the exam part this.' Wait, what are the next screen and exams fees with the dude/clinic seems like I should have been at. 'We don't have ERs this is how it works here. And it is cheaper here anyways.' This does not matter, I would have liked to have known this going in. I probably would not have done this. That's how it works there, get taken for a ride. Honestly, if you got messed up bad and needed help it they would do the job. If it's mellow find another option.

Very rude staff. They would leave you out for dead. How is this place operational?

MY friends suffered the same problem with language at reception but, on admission, I was in no state to quibble about language. My treatment at the Intensive Care Ward and later at the Tuberculosis and Respiratory Ward was top class, ensuring my fitness for travel and return to Australia after some nine days. All members of the staff tried hard to get my understanding, even if I was not aware always of what was happening around me. I was in the right place for medical treatment. I appreciated the efforts of everybody involved.
