Pros: helpful reception, location; Cons: during our stay loud reconstruction in neighbouring room. Not working ventilation in bathroom, plastic curtains in small bathroom. Service which spots you in empty bar in 5-10mins

Highly comfortable hotel where you feel being perfectly cared for since you stop at the parking. Spacious rooms, many with balcony, fully equipped batrooms, air-conditioned. Extremely effective staff knowing your wish before you say. Elegant restaurant, bar and outside terasse. Some locals may call it luxury, perhaps due to higher prices than usual in the country, however it is fair price for the value.

I visited during the off season and was not disappointed. The staff really make this place special, they think of everything and will take care of anything. The breakfast is supurb and the rooms are nice enough. The spa is very relaxing but I cannot recommend getting a massage, although it may be better during the peak season, it was subpar. Seriously a 4.8 out of 5 experience.

Impeccable experience. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, functional, comfortable rooms. The restaurant is flawless with a world class breakfast as well as magnificent lunch and dinner. The staff is super friendly and tends to all your needs. They go out of their way to help from running outside to meet you when you first arrive to offering water every to you are leaving for a hike. The whole hotel has a great look and smell, very comfortable and quiet. There is a spa that includes a free sauna for guests. I highly recommend the facials. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The Hennessy bar is cozy and well stocked. All the trail heads in the vicinity. If you are motivated, you can walk to the highest Czech mountain Snezka and back in one day. Then, you relax in the luxury only the Savoy can offer. Perfect stay and we will be back for sure!

Absolutely perfect! It is near the trails, offers luxury and has a wonderful staff. People who complain about this hotel have no idea what they are talking about. Krakonos is pleased with all it offers.
