V hotelu jsme strávili pouze jednu noc, ale určitě bychom se v budoucnu znovu rádi ubytovali. Hotel leží na svahu u lesa, ze kterého je krásný výhled na celé městečko. Vyzdvihl bych opravdu milou a ochotnou hotelovou obsluhu. Pokoj byl čistý, moderně vybavený. Bezplatné a velmi rychlé wifi připojení. Výborná snídaně (výběr všeho druhu, průběžně doplňováno!).

Everything about this place makes you feel at home. The host is fabulously friendly, the breakfast plentiful, the garden in pristine condition, the dog was welcome and the view just takes your breath away. You are right at the foot of a mountain trail to take you right to the top. The town of Pec Pod Schnezkou offers good food at very good prices. Our top tip would be to visit this resort in June, as July and August is high season and it gets busier. This is a great hotel and we cannot recommend it highly enough! Thank you :)

Neprijemna arogantni obsluha. Z jedne znudene pani za barem se vyklubala majitelka. Vyhnete se tomu mistu.

Na Devine jsme vždy čekali na rolbu na Výrovku a u toho čekání jsme tam nechávali docela dost peněz. To jsme chtěli učinit i letos. Paní na baru nás ale dost hrubě odbyla, že jen pro ubytované. No budiž. Jsouc v 5. Měsíci těhotenství jsem poprosila, zda bych si mohla alespoň odskočit na toaletu (venku mrzne). Odpověď: ne, jen pro ubytované. Tak to je celkem síla.

Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni, ještě jednou smekám před majiteli, že to všechno zvládají na jedničku.
Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt.
Určitě jsme nebyli naposledy.

I had some doubts so I called them before booking it.
I called them and asked in Czech (I only speak very basic Czech) if they speak English. They replied in a rude maner that they don't. I asked in Czech again if they have somebody around that speaks English. He replied in a bad way something in Czech I couldn't understand and hang up.
I called again and they didn't take the phone.
I called again and they hanged me up.
No way I'll book a room there.response / report this review
