Hotel is nice, but lady Tereza and man in recepcion totaly bed! I cannot belive my eyes, how they told with me. No class, no smile, they was agresive and I gone to another hotel. Boss must change this persons..really.

Very large and clean rooms, friendly staff and plenty of options for breakfast. Lovely stay overall. Beds were very comfortable and room I stayed in was very quiet.

# I experienced terrible service by impolite staff(Ms. Monica) at the reception desk.
# Breakfast and room condition were normal.
# Good location for public transportation.

Don't expect the good service even if you book the room with reasonable price. And I recommend you(tourist) to stay this hotel if you can accept the swear word by staff in reception desk.

It was terrible and disaster as below story;

I booked ramada hotel for staying 2 night. when i arrived at the hotel, I saw the staff who was talking with guest without smile and kindness. the next was me for check-in.
I was requesting non-smoking room for my pregnant wife and explained the reason for this request to the staff(Ms. Monica) at the front desk in verbal, but she dogmatically assigned smoking room without any explaination. Once i got the key and checked the room condition, i could feel disgusting whiff of smoke in the room and i went back to the front desk again for changing the room again. but she just denied my request without any effort to find the solution. On that time, I heard she was talking about me behind my back in her own language. I could feel that was swear word and complained it immediately. And then she apologized and finally assigned non-smoking room.

Again, I recommend you(tourist) to stay this hotel if you can accept the swear word by staff in reception desk.

Good cozy rooms, clean bathrooms. Nice front desk executives. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety. Entrance is under renovation.

Value for money in terms of location and size of room. But no welcoming at all for front desk ladies, disappointing breakfast and poor-conditioned & inconvenient lift connection from lobby to room. Not worth a stay for holiday, even it's cheap !

This is a definite bargain!
+ Reasonably priced and very spacious/well laid out rooms
+ Close proximity (9 minute walk) to old town and a few minutes walk to the nearest subway.
+ Complimentary breakfast
+ Quality WiFi

Absolutely no complaints, you won't be disappointed.

Hotel Ramada was an amazing experience. Beautiful spacey rooms, amazing bathrooms, absolutely convenient location, where you can get everywhere on foot, but the best was also the complimentary breakfast. Something so yummy and healthy is really hard to find, and not even in great hotels, in US, where we came from. Stuff during breakfast were so nice and hard working: we were so surprised we are the only ones to to say thank you to them. I would recommend this hotel to everybody, for what you get, the price is great. And thanks the stuff again, you made our three days in Prague special, because we started each morning with you!
