Clean rooms with free WiFi. Breakfast is rich and the restaurant has some really good dishes

"Airy rooms" means bad isolation, drafts and rain coming through closed windows. Air condition is turned on only in summer, so it can happen that you have 27°C or more in your room in fall.
The rooms and hallways definitely could use some maintenance, e.g. stained floors and walks, cracked tiles.
Staff is relatively friendly though and the restaurant serves good food in the evening.response / report this review -

Well.. stayed here for 2 nights.. very confused thoughts. Room was ok, phone didn't work, tea and coffee available but only 1 tea bag between 2 people
.asked for some more teabags next day 1 teabag turned up again not 2..
Service not polite.. when asking for some info they are not interested to tell you properly or politely.. no eye contact.
Everything closes at 10 1030 in the hotel so if you need anything in the night its not possible..not even water.
Breakfast very limited choice.. nothing much for vegan people. So we had some fruits and yougurt.
Location is good not too far from old town. Some Shops close to the hotel.
I wouldn't consider this 4* at all as i have worked in hospitality for more than 5 years in london, 3* have better service.. Its only a good-looking big building.response / report this review -

If you are looking for perfect location, and good hotel with very good pricing and good Breakfast this is the hotel you must choose in Prague.
We spemt 5 nights with family and very good rooms and easily accessible from any location in Prague. Old town square and Prague castle is just a walking distance away ( if you can walk about 3-4 km).
Very helpful and friendly staff and great pizzas in their restaurant in the basement.
Reasonably priced menu and very genuine advice you get from the hotel people.
I would call it an honest Hotel. A must recommended for staying alone or family.response / report this review -

Good hotel, located close to the train station. Make sure to utilize the hotel transport to n fro train station. It is more economic. Do not take the taxi from the station, you might get ripped off.
Staff could be more understanding with the tourists. That said, hotel amenities are nice and comfortable. It is cozy.response / report this review -

O hotel é mto bonito, a acomodação é excelente, mas isso eu já não posso dizer em relação ao atendimento, afinal o recepcionista foi super sarcástico com a gente quando reclamamos que o valor do estacionamento estava muito caro (20€ por 24hrs) por sermos hóspedes poderia ter desconto, sendo que encontramos um mais barato no centro (10€) e ele na falou para estacionar no centro então.. Fora que eles mal respondem o que você pergunta e te deixa falando sozinho! Por este motivo, na próxima vez, procurarei outro hotel!!

Hotel muito bonito com instalações excelentes. Localização é boa e próxima à estações de Tram. O estacionamento do hotel nos custou 20 euros por 24 horas, e ao perguntar se poderia ser mais barato devido à minha hospedagem, um atendente comentou que eu não acharia preço melhor para pernoite do carro. Respondi que havia pago mais barato no estacionamento em frente ao Galerie Rudolfinum e o atendente com um tom sarcástico me sugeriu para parar lá Do resto, gostei da hospedagem mas não voltaria.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet!
The only downside being the quality of sleep of the location.
Quality of sleep- If you are a person over six foot the bed is ridicusoly small, the duvet is even smaller! The air conditioning is switches off as it's not the "Season". So if you are like me and require a cool room you are out of luck and it is a torture sleeping
Location- This is a 30 minute walk to central. Be prepared to walk a lot!response / report this review -

Staff were very nice. The interior of the building is modern and well kept. Located close to the team which makes going anywhere easy. Also within walking distance of most of the city (assuming it's not too cold).
