The interior of the hotel is fantastic. Wide variety of buffet breakfast. Walking distance to old town square, power Tower. There is a tram station nearby where you can get some street food at night. Reception could be faster.

Excellent location.
A comfortable hotel with rooms a bit on the small side, very modern, nice and clean. Shower only.
Cupboards small and only shelves available.
The Breakfast is terrific tasty and with many healthy options.
The staff always friendly and helpful.
A special bonus- we arrived at noon and received the rooms with out delay.
Very convenient to be able and pay a little extra and stay in the room till 18:00- we had a night flight.
Happy to recommend .

Best deal in town! Got an excellent deal to stay here for 4 nights on our trip to Prague. Our rate included an amazing breakfast every morning - which exceeded every possible expectation for a continental breakfast, as it included everything we wanted, plus a chef doing made to order omelets. Rooms were not huge (still Europe), but they were cozy and quiet. Bathroom was large. Everything was clean. The location was great - just a few minutes from the tram, and just over 10 minutes to Old town square. Everything we wanted and needed. We would return here in a heartbeat.

Disclaimer: I am a Platinum member of Accor's loyalty scheme and got special treatment as such; I hope this review is not too rose tinted as a result. Be that as it may, the care and efficiency with which my stay was handled suggests a very well run hotel and a team that takes pride in its work.

Upon arrival I was welcomed back as a returning guest. My room was ready despite it being just after noon. The room itself was clean, comfortable and well appointed, nicely cooled by the air conditioning on a hot summer's day. The hotel does not yet have its own gym, but they have an arrangement with a gym right across the road, which I was able to use. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The only slight quirk was the funky narrow writing desk, but even that kind of worked (despite appearances it was big enough to take a laptop). If you are in Prague on business and need to work in your room, you may wish to check with the hotel whether they can supply a more suitable workspace. However, if you are visiting as a tourist and will be writing nothing bigger than a postcard, I can think of nowhere better to stay in Prague: a comfortable, recently refurbished hotel in a historic building with efficient management and friendly staff, centrally located with easy access to public transport and a good connection to the airport: what's not to like?

The MGallery is a lovely hotel just a few minutes walk from the old town square.

Some floors have been recently refurbished and ooze style, although views from the windows are hit and miss - some look on to a rather drab courtyard rather than across Prague.

Service has been excellent, with genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff throughout. The bar is small but cosy, although prices are step by Prague standards.

Overall, it's still a five star review, bar one small problem - soundproofing between floors isn't great, so you can hear the thudding of people walking around above you. That's not fun in the early hours of the morning.

An above standard hotel in the M Gallery Accor concept, very centrally located in Prague close to trams, metros, shopping and restaurants.

The rooms are a bit small, but they are quiet and the beds extremely comfortable. I almost slept past breakfast one day because I didn't want to get out of bed.

The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and there is a chef available to make waffles, eggs and omelets, but I wish the staff were better at replenishing food that has run out. It also gets very busy at peak times.

The staff otherwise helpful and kind, eager to help you find your way around town and make reservations. All in all a pleasant stay!

Astonished by the elegant level of service at such affordable prices. Perhaps it was a fluke of the exchange rate, but I was able to indulge in previously unthinkable luxuries during my visit in March 2016. I ordered room service nearly every day, had my laundry done, and freely used the minibar without fear of financial ruin -- and the final tab for all this service was shockingly affordable.

Yet despite the affordable amenities, this is a high-quality hotel with a distinctly European approach to hospitality: the staff is diligent, courteous, and responsive -- but never fawning, obsequious, or falsely sincere.

And finally, I can't think of a better hotel to use as "base camp" as you explore Prague and the Czech Republic for the first time. As the name implies,it is right in the center of Old Town, which is dense with history, art, food, culture, and music. (But be sure to take a day trip to parts beyond as well, you won't regret it.)
