during my stay in hotel, i have used the ATM exchange machine in the lobby, and the machine did not return the exchange. the worst experience was, non of hotel staff did not care about my problem, and no one did not answer even my follow up mails regarding this issue. i am very disappointed by the hotel staff after 2 weeks. and due to this issue i do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

Very clean room with a large bathroom! The very strong "ambient room perfume" gave me a headache. Check-out is at 12:00 but you WILL wake up at 8:50 because of the solid 30 minutes of knocking on doors from housekeeping that sounds like it happens inside your room because soundproofing is so bad. Hope you have quiet neighbors!

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located, in spacious neighborhood near downtown. Sufficient free parking close to hotel. Rooms are nice and functional. Modern air-conditioning. Makes your Prague visit fruitful.

Quite far out of the centre but easy access to metro. Unfortunately out of service this weekend. So far fantastic staff letting us check in early. Fantastic room!

Worst experience ever! Problems at check in (they said they did not have rooms and we have a pre-paid business trip voucher; wanted to move to another hotel; I refused, they found a room which did not look like an upgrade at all and the guy at reception was even playing sarcastic as if it was my problem), problems at check out (systems did not work), problems with breakfast (no places, sent me upstairs, from there they tried to send me downstairs but that was already too much for me to handle), and I could hear alarm clocks in the morning all around me These people have no understanding of hospitality..

Rooms are like saunas, with completely non existent AC. No hot water. Worst breakfast I've had in Europe. Never again. Absolute scam this has '4 star' rating.

It's a budget hotel, and feels it. But it's good value for money, very clean, with friendly helpful staff. It also had a good breakfast, and even a gym. For visiting Prague on a budget, it's well worth a look.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, we got a good price for room + breakfast. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, but even so, there's a bus station nearby and a Lidl 10 minutes away
