Far from downtown and not many things around this hotel is clean, quiet but the small elevator stop at mid levels so you have to carry your bags anyway. No bellboy service but staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good

Very nice hotel, conveniently located near a metro station and tram lines.
The staff was very kind, as well as helpful - the front desk guy gave his utmost effort to quickly find me a taxi that took me just in time for my train ride.

We stayed at this small but charming hotel for one night and had a pleasant experience. Located less than 5 minutes walk from Jiriho z Podebrad metro station and Perunova tram stop, commuting to and from the city was quick and easy.
Positives:
1. IMPRESSIVE information pack is provided to you upon check-in consisting of an attractions list, restaurant recommendations, gifts to buy in Prague and other useful tips for tourists. A truly informative pack which we have not received from any hotel before.
An email is also sent following booking confirmation providing instructions on how to navigate to the hotel.
2. Friendly and helpful staff
3. Assorted breakfast with freshly made food
4. Very large and clean rooms
5. Close to many restaurants and a supermarket (Albert)
Negatives:
1. Shower could be better as it didn't rise high enough and positioned in a strange manner
2. We requested a double-bed but were given 2 single beds pushed together which separate blankets.
3. White curtains did not prevent sunlight from coming into the room in the early hours of the morning
Notwithstanding the above, we would definitely return to Louren the next time we are in Prague.
