Nice place with very nice staff. Food and service is excellent. Rooms are always clean.
We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and were not impressed. The location is very convenient, 5 minutes away (walking) from Old Town Square, 7 minutes away from Wenceslas Square, and 3 minutes away from a supermarket. The area is safe and quiet.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was fine too. However, there is nothing special about the rooms, they are small, and look outdated. The mattress in our room was uncomfortable and the pillows didn't offer any support whatsoever. The bathtub was extremely slippery, my wife fell while showering.
So if you get a good price for a room there, it's ok, otherwise you may want look somewhere else.
This is a really stunning hotel. The building is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was in a really beautiful room with a great selection. The location of the hotel was fantastic and within walking distance of everything. There were trams at the end of the street and the metro was only a few blocks away.

Breakfast quality an selection medium
This is a great hotel in an excellent location. We stayed here for a week. The room had good view of the city but very quite. The reception staff spoke English and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was large and tasty with many local items. This hotel has very good access to Prague's extensive public transportation system. This hotel is good for both vacation and business travelers.
Beautiful historic art neuveau building, excellent breakfast, central location. My hotel always when in Prague!
Clean rooms, beautiful lobby, centrally located. The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable, and the front desk tried to charge me for items from the mini bar that I hadn't consumed, but they didn't press the issue. No parking on site, but I parked at the Hilton across about two blocks away without problem.
Great hotel and fantastic staff - they found a lens cover I had forgotten in my room and had it waiting for me when I picked up my luggage on my way to the airport. Super easy to get to the main sights, and several really nice restaurants are located nearby.
The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming. The only thing I was annoyed about was that I had ordered a king bed and got two singles pushed together. I hate that. Otherwise, well placed and recommended.
Lovely hotel. Not too many rooms. Great breakfast. Lovely historic feeling to the place. Friendly staff. Quiet. If visiting Prague again I would definitely stay here again
Room was pleasant. The main hall and breakfast area was beautiful. Sauna was nice, gym was simple but worked. Bar area was either busy or dead and understaffed.
Clean and warm room, great for winter. Breakfast wasn't so good. A lot of friendly people working at the hotel.
Really clean room. Lovely shower. Very professional staff who were extremely helpful in enabling us to get bookings for restaurants etc. Breakfasts were very good with attentive staff who ensured nothing ran out etc. The hotel was very well situated for the metro and walking into town. We went for my wife's birthday and they gave us a small bottle of local bubbly which was very nice and she received a lovely small cake at breakfast. For the money this hotel exceded all our expectations. Sadly we didn't have time to try the local spa facilities because there is so much to see in prague and we were only there a few days. Highly recommended hotel.
