We stayed here for 5 days. Spacious room. Free water bottles. The tv had only 5 English channels and when we wanted to watch it it didn't work. It's an old style hotel with not so great of a view as it is on the corner of a busy street. The noise from the traffic was very low. Free breakfast but not a great diversity. I was happy to eat my croissants for 5 days. Very short distance to public transportation.
When we checked out the receptionist didn't give us the change from the bill. I wanted to leave tip anyway but he shouldn't have kept it for himself. That kinda spoiled the whole mood. They don't provide airport shuttle unless you booked through their website.
The cleaning ladies were amazing. They never once bothered us and every time we came back the room was spotless! Big shout out!response / report this review -

If you want to experience the luxury then this is the hotel. Everything is awestruckingly beautiful and magnificent. I totally recommend it. It is near to the main Prague.

A very nice service and big, clean, beautiful room with bathtub. Must recommend private sauna and jacuzzi, 29€ for an hour and it's worth it. For few euros you can order breakfast to your room. Transportation from and to airport also worked also well, around 25 € per trip.

Nice and quiet hotel at a central location. A lovely little private spa that you can book. Lenka the masseuse lady is great! The buffet breakfast is just OK.

Good value for money. It's clean, ok breakfast, nice location, good staff. Good housekeeping. The restaurant is ok for a quick bite.
