  The employee did a good job. Nevertheless the return policy for defective devices is ridiculous. It's the second faulty device I got from them. I'll now order through amazon or alza. Less trouble and working devices.

  Appalling level of customer support. This company is basically an order taking firm, with little care for what happens once "buy" is clicked. I've ordered two things from them in the last 3 months, and while the first experience of buying a refrigerator was mind numbing, the second purchase of a dishwasher was even worse because when I requested a user manual, the request was greeted with a poorly worded excuse that they did not have it, though I'm not convinced they even looked as they sent me a return email which mentioned the product number of a watch. Typically poor Czech service.
