  Didnt wanted to print on decal paper meant for laser printers. Dead for me than.

  When I asked the woman about the @ in czech keyboard she sighed and shrugged unhappy that I even bothered her. Thought your job was to HELP. Another blonde woman extremely unhelpful when I asked her why it wasn't printing. She just said sorry and left. Then finally This one woman helped abit after my I've exceeded my time. What's the point of hiring staff if they won't help the freaking customers who are here on their first time? Very bad service overall

  Had an excellent experience with on-line print order (needed poster). The default is 48 hours, I asked if this can be done later, after 5 e-mails (all of those that came from the company came in 10 min after my response) it was scheduled, price calculated, poster was done in 3 or 4 hours. Not 5 stars to on-site managers, who spent 15 min looking for my poster in the shop (which I found eventually myself)

  My experience here was fine. I walked up to the counter, told a woman I wanted to print two PDF files from a USB drive, and she did all the work for me. I spent a total of two minutes in the store.

  I'll be quick: Worst print shop on earth. 45 minutes waiting for 110 damn copies. Fancy but completely inefficient.
  Thank you for wasting 40 minutes of my life.

  Saved my day when open at 7 while other Copy General (that advertised as open) was closed. I had a presentation at 7:30 and the print was necessary. But the process of self service is so slow.

  Staff doesn't speak English so here's the steps if you need to print something. Get a card at the front desk. Tap it on a computer. Pull up your ticket or whatever you need to print. Click print. Tap your computer with the card again. Then tap a printer with your card and click print (tisk). Then bring your card to the front desk again and you pay there.

  One star is too good for this piece of . store.
  Our task was to copy a few documents and print out only one photo on photopaper.
  A few minutes thing took us around 45 minutes in the Copy General store.
  First a girl sent us to one of the computers for the photo print job, without telling us what we need to do there, we tried ourself to figure it out but it was impossible as we can't read czech.
  So time to run back to the helpdesk, this time another girl told us that the computer was wrong and we need to wait for a guy who will do this. (Why she didn't told us the machine where we need to go, will always be her secret).
  After a while a very relaxed looking guy showed us finally that there is a hidden photo printing machine in the last corner of the store.
  But of course only one and it was busy around 30 minutes.
  More and more people were waiting on this single machine while all this many copy machines stayed untouched.
  And of course this single photo didn't matched the machine's critieras and it didnt printed it out.
  Don't expect any help if you a are new customer and you have no clue how things work there.
  Avoid it and better go to smaller store somewhere else.
