3 star only because of the nice owner and emplyee. Other is not so good, rooms are old, tv was not working in my room but I didnt aks why because I dont need it, floor had strane noise when you walkI think there was the owner change since the name was before different.

Really nice and cozy hotel. Great stuff and tasty breakfast. Couple minutes from bus and tram. Lots of parking space. Clean and comfy rooms. Would reccomend.

The hotel is quite far away from the city center and it would take about 25 minutes to get here from the Prague central station. Our room was very dimly lit and none of the gadgets were working. The shower curtain was dirty and the duvet cover was a bit itchy. There were no proper toiletries either.
But the staff were very kind and they acknowledged our dietary requirements. Check in and check out couldn't be more smoother.
But I wouldn't suggest someone to spend 20€ or more for a night here. There could be other cheaper and better place.response / report this review -

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town. the owner is very helpful and the staff super. the room was clean and spacious. breakfast buffet. public transport is a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend. I needed to stay one day longer. unfortunately the hotel was full of. But the owner willingly offered me a room at their guest house, which is just a short walk away. the room was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel

A very nice hotel, friendly and polite personell, clean room and daily cleaning made in room, great view from my room over the city, interesting wood design of the interiors and of the reception, very close position to a bunch of transportation stations ( we used daily to go by foot 15 minutes to Budejoviska metro station, then 5 station till Muzeum right in Viaceslav Square), quiet and pieacefull neighbourhood and the last, but not the least, good price on a room per night. All I can say is there is nothing to say much more about, in my opinion, then "the best".

The receptionists were very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Bus station, shop, restaurant near the hotel. Underground station it's about 10-15 minute on foot.

Lovely boutique hotel outside the city center. The front desk staff was wonderfully kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is that there was a strong cigarette smell in the common areas, our room did not have a smell.
