Lobby ist schön aber die Zimmer sind ziemlich veraltet. Bad ist schön und groß. Ein bisschen teuer für Tschechien, die Ausstattung und die Lage. Aber jammern auf hohem Niveau 😊

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten das Anti Stress Paket gebucht. Alle Anwendungen waren toll. Das Hotel ist im Gegensatz zu den Restaurants und den Anwendungsbereichen nicht so liebevoll
Eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und praktisch. Mit der Matratze habe ich kein Glück gehabt.
Was ich mir noch wünsche ist frisches Obst zum Frühstück und ein Haarfön aufs Zimmer.response / report this review -

The staff was by far the rudest hotel staff I have ever encountered. I was yelled at by a massage therapist when we walked down to the massage area. We were quite and knocked on the door to this woman screaming at us and found this very inappropriate so we went to talk to the front desk about the situation and the lady in glasses (we should have gotten her name, my fault) said it wasn't her problem and walked away. I don't want to claim that it was because I unfortunately don't speak Czech and my German in is only so so but we felt very discriminated against all 3 nights we stayed. Our massage ended 30 minutes into a 60 minute massage before we were kicked out and we believe it was due to our attempted complaint after being screamed at. We had 2 dinner reservations with the same hotel and again received the same poor service from both dinner locations. Our beer bath was on our second day and was very nice and we did enjoy that =) this trip was a 30th birthday gift to my wife and we will never be returning to this location nor would we ever recommend it! On check out day we found out that the incredibly rude front desk lady who checked us in had added extra packages to all of our rooms (4 rooms party of 8) that another concierge had to redo and fix. The only great experience we had was with a very upbeat and pleasant women at the gift shop next door. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed to bad it was the last thing we visited on this trip.
