This hotel has the nicest and most accommodating staff! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. The location also could not be better - in the best part of the city and walkable to everything. We will stay here every time we come!

Service provided by this hotel is amazing. Everyone is so attentive and goes out of their way to make sure you are having a great stay. The breakfast is solid in the morning and the complimentary beverages throughout the day are great! Will recommend this to anyone who comes to Prague!

Phenomenal stay so far. My husband and I have 5 nights booked here and could not be happier! Staff is incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable about the area. A complimentary pickup was arranged for us at the train station and we've since felt like we are part of the Agnes family. This hotel has a very B&B feel to it. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Prague!

2. Excellent breakfast with beautiful traditional baked goods (home made and absolutely delicious)
3. Complimentary taxi to and from airport and around the city
4. Complimentary all you can drink beer, tea and coffee etc with 24 hour service
5. Very attentive staff who go out of their way to help.

This is the easiest five star review I've ever given. Not only is the hotel in an ideal location (short walk to Old Town Square, Charles bridge, etc.), It also offers complementary rides to further distance attractions like the castle. The rooms are charming and comfortable. But most importantly, the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. They offer a free drink anytime you return and help with planning your time in the city. Can't recommend this place enough!

Wonderful place, with an extremely friendly staff. Very clean, spacious and well decorated rooms. But again, the personal approach here to each customer is second to none. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely incredible service. Location is great, rooms are nice, breakfast is delicious, and the best service I've had in my life. There is even a complimentary driver for anywhere you need to go in Prague. Highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Prague.

Great service, 24 hours a day. They really take care of everything for you, including transportation, info about places and where to go, tours and so on.
There is a nice lounge that you can rest after a day in the city, with coffee, tea or beer.
Those two things, added to clean and large rooms, comfortable beds, great location and good breakfast, make this hotel a perfect place to stay.
Bathrooms are small, though, without bathtub.
We will definitely come back here in our next visit.response / report this review
