Conditions in the rooms are normal, but the staff is so unkind! If you need taxi call it by yourself, because if the staff order it it will cost you double.

Had a very bad experience with parking service I wasn't allowed to go out while I had paid for it and the rooms don't even have fans. The staff was also not helpfull.

Great service. Fantastic rooms and delicious food. Most importantly - only a 15 minute walk from all the attractions of the city.

I stayed here for 4 nights absolutely disgusting no air conditioning very noisy and the breakfast was lousy the travel agent picked the hotel Never Again

Very basic rooms no air conditioning it was very noisy the bread tasted stale I did not eat in the hotel I stayed for 4 nights I wish that I had booked somewhere else I could not sleep for the noise in the hotel and the heat

Rooms are clean, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful when we wanted to book a sightseeing trip. Shower was ok but every time someone used water it seemed to go hot/cold, there is no air con in the rooms, in the summer I would expect the rooms to be uncomfortable.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice when you check in or if you have any questions. There is a beer bath facility in the hotel operated by a third party; however, it will require you to book well in advance. The location is good, about a 10 minute walk to Wenceslas Square.

Hotel quite nice, but needs refurbishment. Breakfast very good and receptionists extremely helpful. A bit far from city centre. Room not done daily.
