Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. The location is great; only 5 minutes from the Charles Bridge. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Very good hotel located in the centre of Prague within walking distance of a lot of places. Comfortable and clean. Very courteous and attentive staff. If I was to pass through town again, I would definitely stay here again.

Warm and friendly hotel, with staff going the extra mile to ensure we had a lovely stay.
This hotel is in a great location near the river with all the main landmarks a short walk away.

Very unprofessional people at the front desk. She kept arguing me as to why I made reservation form Expedia and made me pay extra and changed my room to the worst room at the Hotel. The front desk girls and the manager I believe who was a petite and heavy girl talked behind me, not knowing that I understood their language a little and knew while they were trying to give me a hard time. I didn't say anything and paid the extra fees because I was tired after a day of traveling but I will never go there again.
I almost got no sleep because they placed me in the construction area where the noise was unbearable and the dust from the construction site was all over my room.-The management did not care when I complained. The only star I gave was for the waitress and the cook at the restaurant where I had dinner. they were very nice and made up to the ugly behavior of the front desk.

If you are confident that you will not be assigned a room where you will see the construction site scenery shown below, the location of the hotel is good. The hotel view is not important because the most of things that tourists do in the hotel is sleep, but when you hear the construction noise and the noise that falls in the rain during your stay, you will know it is not.
Basically, although we complain the room assignment without this notice, the front desk manager was told me that she doesn't care because this construction was not theirs.
If you check in with your vehicle, temporary parking is not possible unless you get a parking assignment. Instead of letting you know how to make a temporary parking, the hotel staff only tells me that it is my problem to pay fines for illegal parking is nothing to do with them.

Fantastic location, very near the Charles Bridge. Very helpful and pleasant multilingual staff. Our suite was incredibly large and very well-appointed. Delicious complementary breakfast included a wide selection, hot food buffet; not just the standard continental choices.

Lovely hotel only two minutes from the Charles Bridge. Very comfortable, large rooms finished to a high standard. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free wifi - what's not to like?

The staff, first and foremost, are incredible! One of the biggest let downs for me in Prague was that the people can be a little on the cold side, but at the hotel they were incredible. They helped us get around and about, and made us feel very welcome. I even got a bottle of bubbly for my birthday. The food here is great (goulash all the way, obviously), and the place is lovely, as well as being very well situated.
