  Naštěstí jsme zde nebyly ubytované, ale s kamarádkou jsme se rozhodly stavit na kávu. Nepřijde mi v pořádku, že čtvrt hodiny čekáme než si obsluha všimne, že bychom si rády objednaly. Prostředí je tu pěkné, obsluha ale kazí veškerý dobrý dojem, káva je průměrná.

  Хорошо. Обслуживание и лечение хорошее. Буфет бедноватый, десерта нет вообще, чая в свободном доступе тоже нет. Шведский стол на "троечку"

  Vybavení pokoje v hotelu Cristal Palace bez chyby, ovšem o ostatním se to bohužel říci nedá. Stravování formou polopenze na úrovni hospod 4 kategorie, k snídani opečený salám(socialistické retro?) a procedury velmi slabý průměr(čokoládová masáž bez čokolády-lehce tmavší olej s vůní vzdáleně připomínající kakao) Na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel hodně slabé. Návrat neplánujem.

  We stayed in the Cristal Palace during our summer tour across Bohemia few weeks’ back. Our hotel selection was driven by it’s convenient location close to the main spa promenade and yet “off the beaten path”. We have traveled extensively with two children, and the choice of location was definitely a win; having true mineral springs right on location (actually,both Edward II and Augustin are accessible in the hotel lobby) was a nice surprise.
  
  The western style hotel itself was exactly what we were looking for. Everything including our rooms & common areas was very clean and well kept; with air conditioning precisely on the level you would want to have it set on the hottest day of the year. The pool area was spotless and beats most of the Hilton and Marriott properties I of often stay in when traveling at home (USA).
  
  Last, but not least - I have to mention bartenders and restaurant staff - all pleasant, polite and honest. We had only few cocktails and a breakfast, but these completed the package for us & sealed our positive experience.
  
  We will be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and will make sure to put it in our travel plans the next time we travel through the Czech Republic.
